psCase

Description

     This program converts a phrase to upper or lower case.

Syntax

psCase -Uphrase -Lphrase -Foutput_file

-U

If present, converts phrase to upper case

-L

If present, converts phrase to lower case

-F

Name of file to write results [standard output]

PS_SYSMSG_FILE

For the location of the system-wide messages file.
