psCheckSubscriptions

Description

   This program checks and waits for your subscriptions to attain
your specified state.
   The database you specify below (-D) is the RSSD database where your
subscriptions reside.
   You also can specify a file name containing a list of subscriptions.
If you do this, then you cannot use the -N, -B, -s, -d, -A, -C or -T
arguments.
