psDocumentPrograms

Description

     This program generates a help web page for each PS program.  This
program also generates one web page which is a table of contents which
contains links to all the other web pages.   This program uses psHelp
and the '-help' option of every PS program to generate the pages.
If you looking at a web page right now, you are looking at the output
of psDocumentPrograms.

Syntax
